What will you be doing exactly?
 Help the customers: provide client support via phone and e-mail;
 Provide support, including procedural documentation;
 Learn how to use our internal softwer;
 Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs;
 Prioritize and manage cases;
 Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
