    Requirements

    Relevant experience in business analysis in document management systems
    Higher education (preferably in IT)
    Specific courses and certifications (preferred)
    English - advanced level
    Communication skills with colleagues and superiors
    Willingness to travel to client sites

    Responsibilities

    Talks to customers and beneficiaries
    Details the requirements of the beneficiaries and interprets these requirements to be translated into software functionality
    Maps existing application functionalities to customer requirements
    Develops functional specification documents in a common language for the beneficiary and the development team
    Provides clarification to the development team
    Develops acceptance test specifications based on the functionalities described in the functional specification document
    Follows up on the fulfilment of functionalities by the resulting software application by engaging in functional testing activities
    Develops, plans, analyzes, estimates and prioritizes the components to be implemented, sets phases and proposes project deadlines
    Involvement in the preparation of technical offers specific to document management information systems
