• Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Transportation or Business Administration;
• 5+ years of experience in international logistics supply chain preferably in logistics planning, 3PL or distribution company;
• Deep understanding of SC & Logistics operations, capable to see the bigger picture;
• Demonstrated Project management skills and proven leadership ability required;
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills required;
• Must be self-directed, able to interact effectively with all levels of management.

• Participate in the organisation and implementation of the product labelling process for EL PHARMA partners in accordance with all regulatory requirements, including Good Distribution and Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines;
• Participates in managing logistics support for a wide range of logistics services designed to support pharmaceutical companies when conducting clinical trials; ensures that clinical trial shipments arrive at the intended sites and patients in the required condition and temperature;
• Provide support for all financial offers for storage and transport services;
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, invoicing and reporting for all logistics services;
• Design and continuously update the medium and long-term development strategy of the Healthcare Logistics business, in line with the company's development objectives;
• Coordinates the activity of custody and logistic services as well as the own distribution in the Elpharma warehouse, supervising the operational functioning of the whole logistic system (organizational, administrative, budget, etc.);
• Develop and document an appropriate benchmarking system of EL PHARMA warehouse activities;
• Constructs and proposes for approval the investment, income and expenditure budget for the area of responsibility and ensures that it is within the approved budget;
• Implements the enlistment of new partners, the expansion of EL PHARMA's own product portfolio in warehousing and transport logistics flows;
• Maintains relationship with outsourced service providers in the area of competence.
