What critical skills are needed for this position?

• Bachelor degree;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer marketing, services marketing & customer experience roles;
• Project Management expertise;
• Experience working with MS Office, SAP, Salesforce, and data reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI;
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and at different organizational levels;
• Critical thinking and strong analytical skills;
• Problem solving behavior;
• Customer satisfaction mindset;
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.

What will be your duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Manage projects and improve processes related to driving sales force effectiveness, channel partner operations, and marketing efficiencies;
• Support implementation of marketing projects at regional/global level, as required;
• Create and maintain dashboards to support the marketing and sales team strategy;
• Conduct analysis of historical and current data;
• Evaluate trends and results and provide recommendations to management;
• Conduct daily operations of consistent and repeatable processes for the organization;
• Manage maintenance of shared knowledge and repository of best practices;
• Ad hoc process improvements through, but not limited to stakeholder interviewing.
