On behalf of our partner, a multinational technology company, that design, develop and sell telecommunications equipment and consumer electronics, we are looking for HR Specialist for their "HR Department".
Location: Bucharest
Work modality: Daily presence in the office
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource related major - Graduated;
- At least 2 years experience in Human Resources;
- English Advanced level spoken and written, language test mandatory to be passed;
- Good Communication skills, patience, Ability to work under pressure;
- High attention to details, has the sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work independently, as well as to work well within a team;
- MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word) - mandatory;
- Ability to work with numbers, ability to work with large databases;
- Experience within a multinational company is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment operation: end-to end recruitment process operation;
- Verifies leave, OT forgot to punch card management, attendance analysis on monthly basis;
- Prepare payroll timesheets and verify the accuracy;
- Manage onboarding process for new employees;
- Manages the exit interviews process;
- Verifies and accurately processes employee personnel data forms;
- Active participation in development and improvement of HR process and policies in regard to different HR activities;
- Prepares recurrent and ad-hoc reports for HR and business management;
- Communicate on routine manner with external customers (agencies and HR suppliers).
