    University degree, educational background in Marketing, Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics;
    Minimum 2 years relevant expertise in data analysis and business reporting, including writing data analytics specifications;
    Strong analytical skills, using multiple data sources and type of indicators, data mining as well as presentation skills;
    Solid MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint – Advanced Level);
    Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management skills, including cross-functional project experience;
    Ability to work independently, solution-focused work ethic and high degree of flexibility in supporting multiple projects of varying complexities and priorities;

    Nice to have:

    Customer Care, Customer Experience, Market Research professional background;
    Knowledge and expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce), Power BI and/or survey platforms;
    Knowledge and experience with project management platforms and approaches.

    Role: Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist

    Be a partner and a decision driver for the company to maximize business performance and ensure excellent customer experience through:

    Representing the voice of the customer across all stakeholder targets, B2B and B2C customers;
    Driving the understanding of customer data and insights throughout the organization and facilitating data-driven decision making;
    Providing analytical and consulting support to Customer Care, Marketing and Commercial teams in areas related to customer behavior, expectations and choices.


    Acquire and analyze data from various data sources, to generate and deliver regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports to provide an understanding of stakeholders’ behavior, expectations and choices;
    Accurately maintain reports and perform updates and deep-dives as necessary;
    Develop visual reports/ scorecards/ dashboards using relevant tools, depending on skills (Excel, CRM Dashboards, Power BI, etc.);
    Work closely with business teams to review, verify and confirm data accuracy and outputs;
    Gather data requests and feedback on reporting needs from internal stakeholders – both local and regional teams;
    Define scope and requirements for analyses and reporting done by centralized data team;
    Collaborate on research projects, surveys, VOC programs with other colleagues, as needed;
    Create and maintain reporting manuals and processes for future reference as well as ensure data traceability;
    Use continuous improvement methodologies to identify and collaborate on implementing improvements to internal processes;
    Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, satisfaction and loyalty by observing patterns and changes in indicators;
    Participate in various projects, involving different business stakeholders, to support data-driven decision making;
    Support the Customer Experience Manager in developing and tracking the deliverables, including CX KPIs measurement, to ensure the delivery of the CX strategy in line with the CX roadmap;
    Engage proactively and effectively with key internal stakeholders where needed at the local and global level.
