Technical University degree (Automotive System Design, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or similar);
Working experience with relevant industry standards such as A-SPICE, FuSa, etc;
Experience in working in multinational and cross-functional teams;
Structured, team and solution oriented working method;
Fluent communication skills in English.

Offering support definition and setup of generic process flow, standardized templates (projects, documents, work items) and roles & responsibilities;
Defining and aligning standardized process flow to execute the Engineering strategy and fulfill business and customer needs;
Acting as a consultant to Management and cross-functional project teams;
Updating FMEA files according to the changes comparing to base project;
Monitoring the status of measurements, verification and validation;
Filling internal knowledge hub with best practices and video tutorials how to run Systems Engineering and development activities according to the V-model methodology;
Ensuring completeness and correctness of reliability information for proposed changes;
Supporting and executing project specific configuration in Polarion & Stages;
Collaborating with the Engineering specialists for Digital Transformation to ensure consistent and reliable data management for Systems and Software development processes.
