HR Business Partner

What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
HR Manager Certification
Prior experience in HR supporting employees and managers across Romania as a minimum
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner up to 2 years experience
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Ability to build strong relationships & a high level of integrity and confidentiality

What you will do ?
Collaborate with all Line Managers to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business goals
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Lead employee engagement initiatives and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records
Complete all Revisal actions on behalf of ESP and ensure that relevant payroll changes are provided to Payroll colleagues in good time.
Continually assess employee morale by analysing absenteeism and turnover records, lateness, and resignations and follow-up with line managers as appropriate.
This role will cover Romania but could lead on activites and projects across of any our European locations.

Hybrid working ( 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH) , Monday to Friday from 9-18pm
