    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration;
    - Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or related roles is advantageous;
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with medical professionals;
    - Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and the healthcare industry;
    - Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
    - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently;
    - Excellent time management and organizational skills;
    - Proficiency in using digital tools and software for reporting and communication;
    - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

    Responsibilities

    - Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and medical information of the company's products to healthcare professionals;
    - Territory Management: Manage and develop a designated geographical territory to achieve sales targets and objectives;
    - Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company's product portfolio, as well as competitor products and industry trends;
    - Market Analysis: Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities, emerging trends, and potential opportunities within the assigned territory;
    - Sales Presentations: Organize and conduct effective presentations, seminars, and medical meetings to educate healthcare professionals about the products;
    - Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, including call reports, expenses, and customer feedback;
    - Compliance: Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards in interactions with healthcare professionals, following all relevant regulations and guidelines;
    -Training and Education: Continuously enhance product knowledge through training programs and self-study, staying updated on medical research and developments;
    - Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns.
