The right candidates should meet as many of the following requirements:
- Fresh graduates with an academic focus in, e.g. Finance / Accounting, Business Administration, Economical Engineering, etc. Other specs are also welcomed, we’ll help you grasp the basics of the business world
- Good analytical skills and business awareness
- Excellent command of Romanian and English - both speaking and writing
- Very good interpersonal and team-playing skills
- Previous exposure to business environment and/or involvement in extracurricular activities will be appreciated
- Well-organized and able to identify and juggle with priorities, you’ll have our full support on this, no worries

As a Junior Consultant, you will be included in one of the 4 teams of tax consultants (Transfer Pricing, Corporate Income Tax, Indirect Tax (VAT), Mergers and Acquisitions and Business Process Solutions) and gradually specialize in specific tax issue.

Your main tasks will consist in:

- Conducting research on international and domestic tax and business matters.
- Advising clients across industries on tax strategies and compliance.
- Analyzing functional and economic aspects for accurate insights.
- Assisting in implementing effective tax strategies.
- Performing tax compliance checks during audits.
- Drafting client letters with clear solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborating with colleagues to enrich your understanding.
- Developing expertise through training and learning.
