Bachelor’s degree in procurement, logistics, economics or similar field;
Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive favorable terms and cost savings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English (additional language skills may be a plus).
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.

Collaborates with local suppliers to find optimal cost solutions (cost reduction analysis, benchmark analysis, technical proposals from suppliers);
Responsible for localization activities;
Performs market research (to find and evaluate potential suppliers with low cost) in the region in order to reduce the costs of Purchasing department;
Monitors the performance of suppliers and create an action plan addressed to those with nonconforming performances according with development’s requirement related with suppliers;
Conducts the necessary activities for the standardization of the processes for which is responsible and ensures the up-to-date standards
