Bachelor’s degree in technical field;
Experience working in the field of wiring is an advantage;
Previous work experience with the following quality and engineering tools: PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC AIAG, IATF16949, 8D, 5W, Ishikawa, fault tree analysis;
Minimum 2 years previous experience in quality in the automotive industry;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
English advanced, French advantage.
Coordinates plant repairs (one/shift);
Coordinates daily complaints between plant and Dacia Mioveni customer – coordinates Q-TASKS (Repairs / Assistance);
Evaluates the quality of products / quality delivered to the customer according to specifications;
Performs root cause analysis and defines responsible person;
Implements actions in case of quality and logistic problems;
Performs rework after assessment and, if necessary, requests assistance from rework company;
Monitors the firewall performed by an external company;
Verifies and controls the correct rework;
Responsible for documentation (descriptive complaint with all details);
Implements technical changes and evaluates the effectiveness of actions in case of complaints or technical changes;
Discusses optimization’s actions with the customer, design canter and plant;
Orders materials for the customer – repairs s and holds stocks;
Verifies deviations between logistic and material documents with customer and plant, ensuring sufficient empty boxes and discussing with customer experts;
Verifies and coordinates 8d reports from the plant and manages missing plant reports;
Discusses assembly status with customer at vehicle to verify impact of changes on future assembly;
Identifies critical situations in the assembly of wiring harnesses in the vehicle and determines development actions;
Supports the plant for the implementation of technical changes to ensure compliance with customer requirements (assembly tests) – optimizes factory production;
Contact person for development and logistics issues;
Coordinates assembly tests at customer in all sampling phases – pre-series – performs test documentation and analysis.
