Requirements

Economical/Engineering University Degree;
3-4 years’ experience in a similar position;
Knowledge and use of specific tools and software for logistics and procurement management.
Good English skills;
Costumer focused solutions, Creativity;
Transparency, Independence, Leadership, Communication, Adaptability, Flexibility.

Responsibilities

Deploys all plant logistics standards, documentation, guidelines, working methods and tools in the plant and toward suppliers and customers.
Shall contribute the logistics infrastructure according to the rules of customer and critical points defined by Plant Supply Chain Development Management department.
Continuously improves the objectives of maximizing the service level, minimizing the logistic costs and inventories and accelerating the physical flows from suppliers to customers.
Follows up on the plant sales, inventory and operations planning on monthly basis
Ensures MRP that is realistic and consistent with customer orders, plant objectives and capacities.
Manages MRP weekly process for procurement of the materials.
Verifies and makes sure that all settings for the supply components have the correct settings in SAP.
Takes all necessary actions in order to have EDI connections with all suppliers and to use SAP for all supplier’s portfolio.
Supplies in time and the required number of components;
Manages stock level of finished products and components, according to customer requirements and plant objectives.
Monitors the performance of suppliers in accordance with contracts, reporting any irregularities or problems.
Maintains permanent contact with Production Department to ensure an optimum production flow;
Maintains permanent contact with the Department of Engineering in order to minimize as much as possible the impact on the stock of components due to technical modifications.
Assures the level of the obsoletes in case of technical modification or EOL is zero or maximum 1 MOQ.
Maintains permanent contact with the Department of Quality and logistics operator in order to avoid any issues in the incoming flow.
Identifies and generates opportunities for improvement of the logistics processes and transportation costs.
Monitors and accomplishes every necessary step to ensure timely receipt of materials, informs the people responsible for any possible problem in supply with raw materials that can jeopardize internal production and customer activity.
