?  Plan and align technology strategy in production
? Harmonize technologies (machine, method, material) worldwide
? Initialize and lead harmonization projects
? Standardization and continuous improvement of existing technologies in Operations
? Support worldwide ramp of new technologies and design for manufacturing
? Setup and maintain network of technology partners
? Ensure benchmark and transfer of best practices
? Support in case of local crisis issues
? Map required technology competencies of plants
? Foster gap closure, know how transfer and training
? Create and align roadmap for (new) technologies
? Scan market trends and involve internal and external suppliers
? Evaluate and introduce new technologies and products

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Univeristy degree in technical field (preferably Chemistry)
• Experience (> 10 years) in chemical materials for automotive or other industries like Gap filler, Solder paste, Underfilling materials, Conformal coating material or any other materials which are used in various industries.
• KnowHow in Chemical structure of in automotive used materials
• KnowHow in  Processing of materials
• Project Experience in technology field > 5 years (technology project, process implementation project etc.)
• English communication mandatory (international networt and teams)
• Experience in working with international teams
• Preferred experience working abroad
• Understanding of different foreign cultures

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:

? PhD Degree in Chemistry would be plus
