    Requirements

    -Minimum 10 years’ experience in leading large transformation projects, ideally also including IT infrastructure relocation type projects
    -Bachelor's degree in Economics or Information Technology
    -Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen
    -Good knowledge of the banking regulatory environment
    -Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English, with all audiences
    -Proven ability to lead teams, motivate others and work collaboratively
    -Strong presentation skills, being able to support through structured visual representations the decision making processes

    Responsibilities

    Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Consultant with excellent communication abilities and outstanding business acumen to lead management consulting engagements that aim of improving the performance of the bank. The Consultant’s involvement may vary from project to project, managing it end to end (from design to implementation) or contributing specifically to parts of the overall change . The vast majority of the
    engagements will not have an IT component. The ideal candidate possesses a good understanding of project management methodologies, has a strategic mindset and the skills necessary to navigate various stakeholder relationships in a complex set-up.

    -Manage internal consulting missions: define objectives, scope, key stakeholders, approach, activities to be performed, timeline and milestones and key deliverables
    -Perform market research and/ or ask for group support in order to identify how best practices can be applied within the bank
    -Organize workshops with stakeholders to identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions
    -Perform data analysis to support findings and build strong business cases
    -Identify potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies together with involved stakeholders
    -Understand and address the regulatory/ group requirements
    -Structure and prepare deliverables and Steering Committee presentations
    -Deliver consistent and compelling solutions that make a difference
