- Sales: Proven track record of minimum 4 years in sales and account management, specifically within the services industry.
- Consultative Approach: Demonstrated ability to adopt a consultative sales approach, actively listening to clients' needs and providing strategic solutions.
- Digital Savviness: Proficiency in utilizing digital tools, CRM software, and communication platforms to streamline account management and enhance client interactions.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Results-Oriented: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information and ideas.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Account Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all services-related matters.
- Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand clients' specific requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with their organizational goals.
- Digital Proficiency: Utilize digital tools and platforms to efficiently manage client accounts, track engagement, and enhance communication to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Client Retention: Implement proactive strategies to ensure client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
