- Fluent in both Romanian and English (minimum B2/C1 level). Effective communication skills in both languages are essential for successfully representing the company and building strong client relationships.
- Ideally possess a bachelor's degree, although candidates with high school or apprenticeship qualifications will also be considered. Your skills, motivation, and drive are more important than formal education.
- Motivated for technical sales: A passion for technical products and the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients is essential. Harness your motivation and enthusiasm to excel in this role.
- Represent one of the most renowned industrial companies in the region and handle an assigned product line. Utilize your technical sales expertise to successfully promote and sell the company's products to a wide range of clients.
- Contribute to the success of the company by actively engaging in cold calling and administrative tasks during office days at our Timisoara main office. These two days will provide the perfect opportunity to refine your sales skills and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Take charge of your own success by spending three days in the field, allowing for more flexibility. Within the specified region surrounding Timisoara, you will travel approximately 150-200KM per day, covering a radius of 300-400KM around your location city.
