In Cluj, Bosch established an Automotive Electronics Plant. Since it's opening, in 2013, the company developed high quality products and innovative solutions for international customers. The manufacturing portfolio displays electronic control units for safety in traffic, comfort functions and driving convenience. Additionally, the plant produces electronic control units for eBike powertrain, designed to inspire our mobility behaviour.

Education: 

• Bachelor/Master's degree in technical field

Experience and Skills:

• You have a structured and analytic approach;

• Broad knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) ;
• Good coordination and communication skills;
• Good planning skills;
• Experience with SAP system is a plus ;
• Experience with manufacturing of series production in automotive industry;
• Experience in project management;
• High commitment to company, plant and department targets.

Languages:

• English - C1 
• German - level B1 is helpful

Your valuable contribution to something big

• You are in charge of coordination, planning and execution of the product launch for automotive and multimarket electronic control units (ECU);
• You are responsible for keeping the project schedule, budget and reporting the project progress;
• You ensure troubleshooting for the arising problems on the projects - finding efficient and effective solutions;
• You plan and coordinate the first trial that  runs on the production lines and documenting the results;
• You create and maintain the technical documentation in a teamwork (Control Plan and FMEA);
• You are responsible for defining the ramp-up assurance and safe-launch measures in the project;
• You coordinate the product and process changes (Change management);
• You will participate in the Continuous Improvement Process and will be responsible for product cost reduction activities;
• You give support to the business plan preparation (routings, cost centers);
• You prepare and participate to the internal and customer audits;
• You coordinate the production support teams in series production;
• You are the central person for all activities around our challenging and innovative ECU products in our Cluj manufacturing plant.
