Product Engineer

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

• Developing new products according to customer needs;
• Calculation of production costs and prices for the products in the portfolio;
• Responsible for new projects offer calculation, process design and development;
• Monitoring of manufacturing processes in order to meet exactly the technical requirements of clients;
• Develop and maintain work instructions and recipes;
• Carry out tests in case of changes in product design;
• Support process development and cost improvement activities within the company;
• Guide operators and technicians when a new product or process is being established;
• Ensure compliance to company guidelines, policies and procedures

• University Degree in Engineering or similar fields;
• Proven experience as a Product Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment;
• Experience in working directly with OEM is mandatory;
• Ability to track a project from conception to completion;
• Fluent in written and spoken English is must, (Knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus);
