    Cerinte

    Master degree
    Knowledge of an international language - English at an advanced level
    Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet Explore, Power Point
    High level of theoretical and practical knowledge
    Good communication skills
    Strong negotiation skills
    Technical skills in defining portfolio and brand strategy based on insights about category, partners, consumers and end customers
    Knowledge of marketing, management, consumer types, economics, business administration
    Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    Strong business sense and industry expertise
    Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

    Responsabilitati

    Develops commercial strategy to help deliver the company's short and long term objectives, establish long term partnerships with strategic customers
    Coordinates the annual commercial terms negotiation process involving all relevant parties in the process and ensures that the outcome is win-win, in line with the set negotiation objectives
    Coordinates the process of establishing strong partnerships with strategic customers
    Analyses weekly and makes decisions on orders submitted by customers for products/services
    Coordinates all sales activity in order to achieve the sales plan (including the development of additional plans to close various gaps).
    Monitors the implementation of the sales plan and proposes additional measures or plans to close gaps
    Participates in the development of strategies and organisation of promotional campaigns for new products/services.
    Follows the profitability results at customer level and proposes corrective measures where necessary
    Follows up and works with the sales team to ensure timely collection of amounts due from customers as per contract
    Prepares and submits reports to the line manager with proposals and studies on the most effective ways to improve the sales program and promotes new products/services according to market requirements, as well as the results of the activities carried out and recommendations on the way forward
