Quality engineering - customer PPAP responsible
Prepare PPAP submission packages to customer, track PPAP documents
Utilize the tools of APQP (PPAP, FMEA, Control plans, Capability studies)
Works with engineering to ensure that the work instructions are working together to produce what the customer has ordered.
Collecting APQP deliverables and tracking them
Works with customers, project managers, serial production quality engineers
Participates in regular APQP meetings with internal project team and the customer
Responsible for putting together the PPAP packages of all levels and for different customers
Working with customers to help solve and react to the customer feedback concerning PPAP documents and changes
Working with the different customers portals to upload the PPAP documentationQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required (preferably a Mechanical Engineer)
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing facility in a similar quality role, general understanding
Experience in Automotive with exposure to ISO quality systems, PPAP, AIAG, APQP, IMDS.
Competent with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of design techniques drawings and models.
English - intermediate/advanced level; German - is an advantage.
