Gi Group is looking for a Collection Specialist for its partner, a gas-producing company and supplier of technologies, services, and gases for various industries.

Location: Euro Tower Building (Stefan cel Mare area)

Type of contract: Indefinite contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (Hybrid 2 days from home / 3 days from the office)

Requirements:

- Similar experience approx. 2-3 years in communication with clients/suppliers;
- Graduated higher studies with a bachelor's degree;
- English – conversational;
- Excel – medium level;
- Good communication skills;
- Positive and proactive attitude;
- A person open to professional development.

Responsibilities:

- Uses adequate and defined methods (Calls, email,) according to process and relevant customer segmentation in the agreed/informed timeline;
- Contributes to set up customer payment schedules and follows up;
- Liaises with the Legal Manager on the legal actions to be taken upon problematic customers;
- Defines the Credit Limit for new customers and updates all active customers;
- Contributes to the monthly Credit & Collection report and shares in the organization;
- Detects exceptions (credit limit, payment terms...) and alerts Finance Manager and Commercial Director on deviation.
