Dealer services specialist with German

-Fluency in spoken and written German language;
-Working knowledge of English language;
-Knowledgeable about the automotive finance or banking industry – is advantage;
-Previous experience in underwriting / purchasing roles with banking or non-banking financial firms is preferred;
-Good at working with numbers.

The Dealer Services Specialist is responsible for processing and approving loan applications from customers who want to purchase a vehicle.

-Review approved underwritten proposals for accuracy and completion. Process and administer finance contracts, supporting documentation and customer KYC Know Your Customer proofs;
-In case of information discrepancies on proposal, work on remedial measures to obtain more/correct information;
-Communicate effectively with dealers, both verbally and in writing. Answer questions about the loan application process, explain loan terms and conditions, and provide guidance to dealer when required;
-Engage with employees from other departments within the organization, such as customer service or underwriting, to ensure that loan applications are processed quickly and efficiently;
-Process PEPS - Politically Exposed Person and Sanctions, investigating and escalating any matches;
-Comply with all relevant regulations, including those related to consumer protection and data privacy.
