Finance PMO

Senior Finance PMO owning the financial management of a ?50m programme of work. Financial control of multiple projects which are delivering core platform capabilities, shared components and/or shared services for LSEG Desktop, providing project financial leadership, improve teams delivery by building and supporting our cost management delivery, providing mentoring and guidance to Project teams.

The technology delivery teams are currently improving a range of powerful Applications that help customers understand the markets and make key decisions while helping them to connect to the world's largest verified directory of financial professionals on a platform that acts as a motivation for innovation in global financial services industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain overall program reports related to resource planning and finances

• Support all project managers with day-to-day running of project administrative tasks

• Handle day-to-day operational aspects of account

• Provide ad hoc financial management reports based on data aggregation from various data sources (MS Excel, PowerBI, MS Power-Point, SharePoint, Web-applications, etc.)

• Provide regular reconciliation of data sources, dictionaries maintenance, data cross-checking

• Define, improve, and implement data management procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ year' experience in Reporting or Finance (Capex/Opex, forecasting, general understanding of finance transactions)

• Advanced MS Excel (Formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot)

• Experience with ERP systems (Clarity is preferable)

• Experience with Power BI - nice to have

• Ability to generate ideas while meeting priorities

• Ability to prioritise data from various sources and present summarised reports

• Being a fast learner with superb attention to detail

• Self motivating, while also working within a team structure

• Being a confident, social person with critical-thinking abilities
