    Requirements

    Technical higher education, preferably specialization in Welding / Electronics / Mechanics;
    Knowledge of English – intermediate/advanced level;
    Good knowledge of PC operation and MS-Office package;
    Experience in automotive is an advantage;
    Basic knowledge – process planning;
    Knowledge in Mig/Mag and resistive welding;
    Experience in FMEA, Process Flow, Layout etc;
    Well organized person, quality oriented, deadline oriented, with good communication skills, initiative and team spirit.

    Responsibilities

    Prepares and manages work plans and instructions;
    Defines, develops and implements welding processes for new or existing products;
    Continually improves and ensures the quality of the welding processes used, following the established technical standards;
    Performs FMEA analysis, flow charts, layout;
    Analyzes and adopts measures to reduce costs;
    Ensure compliance with technical requirements defined by customers;
    Proposes technical solutions leading to the optimization of manufacturing technology, equipment performance and product quality;
    Modifies and adapts welding machines and establishes parameters for mass production;
    Participates and validates specifications for new machines to be purchased and for the development of necessary devices, etc.
    Collaborates with the other departments to optimise the production process;
    Provides technical support in defining corrective actions.
