• Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership positions in sales, preferably in the tourism or IT industry.
• Outstanding leadership skills.

• Good computer operating knowledge.
• Strong financial knowledge.

• Developing and implementing the sales and profit plan, striving to achieve the established objectives.
• Monitoring clients' turnover to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
• Creating strategies and policies to attract new clients.
• Analysing market trends and proposing sales and profit objectives to the upper management.
• Coordinating and organizing the sales department.
• Negotiating and finalizing collaboration contracts with companies in the tourism industry.
• Long-term planning of company-specific promotional activities.
• Identifying and proposing new business opportunities, presenting them to the management for evaluation and final approval.
• Maintaining strong collaborative relationships with senior management of clients.
• Sustaining collaborative relationships with clients' leadership.
• Approving the approach to tenders and bidding processes.
• Developing and implementing customer satisfaction measurement programs and suggesting improvement measures.
• Setting tasks and priorities for subordinates.
• Periodically evaluating the performance of subordinates.
