Based in Cluj-Napoca and with full access to wider Antal network working as one team, we are well placed to assist with recruitment locally and internationally, based on the needs and projects that the client has.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong technical background in the relevant engineering discipline, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement engineering best practices.

Elaboration and revision of technological instructions, work instructions and process control specific to the sectors in the area of responsibility
Control of the compliance with technology on distributed manufacturing flow
Improving the manufacturing process
Technological training of directly productive staff in all manufacturing sectors
Flow tracking of new / unstabilized insulators and tests performed.
