Profile:
· Experience in developing long-term customer relationships;
· Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer focus;
· The ability to promptly react, to analyze, diagnose and solve issues;
· Results and performance drive;
· Strong sense of work ethics and integrity;
· Proactivity, creativity, initiative, drive to improve and continuously learn;
· Teamwork.
Nice To Have:
· University degree with technical knowledge and skills;
· Experience in B2B sales (minimum 3 years);
· Excellency in negotiation;
· Good communication skills;
· Problem solving and prioritizing capacity;
· MS Office;
· Availability for traveling (B driving licence);
· English – advanced level;
· Hungarian is a plus.
· Drives the implementation of the business strategy and business plan, aiming to achieve the sales and gross margin targets, in designated area - TM, AR, CS, HD, GJ, MH, DJ;
· Generates and develops business relationships with an effective approach, through research and qualification of potential prospects;
· Generates ideas and proposals for development of the product portfolio;
· Develops the most appropriate solutions to fit to customer’s requirements;
· Monitors customer satisfaction;
· Prepares regular and ad hoc reports.
