    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in procurement, logistics, economics or similar field;
    Basic knowledge in procurement and logistics with a desire to develop skills in this area;
    Intermediate level English;
    Minimum 1 year experience in Logistics or Procurement area;
    Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with various teams and suppliers;
    Detail oriented and attention to meeting deadlines;
    Working knowledge of procurement and logistics specific systems and software – SAP.

    Responsibilities

    Collaborates with project teams to understand the specific logistical requirements of each project;
    Performs analysis of equipment, storage space, transportation and personnel requirements to ensure proper planning;
    Collaborates with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure availability and timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for projects;
    Monitors inventories, places orders and coordinates supply flow to ensure efficient supply;
    Plans and coordinates domestic and international transportation of goods and equipment according to project requirements;
    Negotiates transportation contracts, ensuring that established deadlines and budgets are met;
    Provides the necessary documentation for transportation and handles customs formalities;
    Develops and implements key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate the logistics efficiency of projects;
    Identifies improvement opportunities and implements corrective actions to optimize logistics operations;
    Identifies and assesses potential logistics risks and develops action plans to minimize their impact;
    Manages logistics issues that arise during projects and identifies effective solutions;
    Interacts with internal and external teams such as procurement, transportation and sales departments, customers and external suppliers;
    Ensures clear and effective communication to ensure efficient collaboration and meet project requirements;
    Ensures compliance with logistics laws and regulations, including import-export rules and customs requirements;
    Manages logistics documentation and maintains appropriate records.
