    • Technical Assistance for the client company on various design software problems
    • Error management
    • Application support for end-users and testing after updates or modifications
    • The application tests are both on CATIA and on the client’s internal applications such as: GDG, 3DEXPerience, NPDM Documents, SIGNE, Service Now
    • User trainings
    • Incidents creation and escalation, working with ticketing
    • Act as an interface between users and information systems
    • Track business milestones
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a technical field.
    • Knowledge of French language at good level /conversational level is a must
    • English medium level or more
    • Knowledge of any CAD Programs
    • Very good communication skills, willingness to interact with customers
    • Ability to respond fast to customers and be well organized
