Relevant recruiting and interview experience of minimum 2 years (preferably in an industrial environment);
English proficiency (both verbal and written);
Team player & performance driven;
Bachelor degree;
Strong organization and time management skills;

- Conducts executive search for white collar positions with different levels of seniority;
Responsible with project recruitment process, sourcing, selecting & interviewing (phone/ face to face/ Skype) candidates for various industries: Automotive, IT, Financial, etc,
Keeps in constant contact with the candidate in regards to the recruitment process;
Builds a strong candidate pipeline through various channels: LinkedIn, specialized job boards, social media, networking & referrals;
Works closely with customers in order to understand their needs;
Participates in different job fairs and networking events.
