• Support for the internal training roll out /implementation for Shop Floor employees
• Involved in the Dual School Program (pupils and practice administration)
• Support for the scholar practice with the partner high-schools
• Reporting and data analysis 

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Student at Bachelor or Master in a Technical Profile/ University;
• Ability to work with / learn tools & systems (LMS, video processing software, etc);
• Previous experience with production environment
• Planning & Organizing Skills
• Problem Solving Skills
• Open-minded mentality and a 'Can-do' attitude;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint);
• Strong communication skills
