Internship Coordinator for External Services - EU APP - AM (TM)

Job Description

• Budget requests
• Collect and coordinate requests for external services within the department EU APP;
• Prepare presentations for EU APP management approval meetings;
• Enter requests on Controlling Sharepoint;
• Align requests with theProject Management organisation.

Sourcing process

• Initiate sourcing process with purchasing department and EU APP department.

Ordering process

• Initiate and track orders;
• Approve invoices.

General

• Main contact point for externals suppliers: schedule meetings, explain the department?s needs;
• Training of EU APP management team on external services process.

#AutonomousMobility

• Studies of business administration, engineering or similar;
• Good Excel skills;
• Very good knowledge of English, German would be a plus;
• Ability to work independently;
• High level of commitment and organizational skills;
• Team player, likes working in an international environment.
