Global Services description
As five-star service provider for our internal divisions, Bosch Global Business Services offers End-to-End processes that ensure the best possible customer experience.

- University degree - Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Economics, Mathematics or Informatics;
- Minimum 2 years of experience requested in controlling, purchasing or finance area;
- Experience with end-to-end process transformation and leading meetings with all stakeholders involved;
- Advanced computer skills - MS Office, especially Excel, Macros and good understanding of SAP various modules; Any other basic knowledge of MS SQL Server, Power BI would be a plus;
- Advanced English skills (spoken and written), any other language would be an advantage;
- Mentoring skills required;
- Systematic, precise and self-organized working style;
- Structured, careful and analytical way of working;
- Team player and ability to work in a flexible way, resilient;
- A well-developed approach to problem solving and decision making;

- Flexible benefits - On top of your salary, we offer you 2700 Ron / year, via your benefits account, which can be used according to your preferences;
- The 13-th salary - Your contribution to Bosch is valuable. Celebrate a successful year with the 13th salary, just in time for the winter holidays;

- Relocation package - If you're being recruited from more than 50 km, we provide a standard relocation package of 500 Euro (conditions apply). This is a one time fee, paid together with your first salary.

- Ensuring execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of operational controlling processes including data collection, validation and consolidation, design of reports and dashboards, development of prototype reporting and creation of specifications;
- Monitoring financial target achievement (e.g., Budget, headcount, costs, ratios, etc.), measuring derivation, evaluating of risks and opportunities; ensuring compliance with guidelines;
- Taking the business partner role and providing advice to managers, challenges them, and proactively works on business problems and opportunities;
- Performing month end closing tasks and reporting packs, including year-end closing activities and maintain master data (e.g. in SAP-CO);
- Being responsible for various cost centers/ business unit controlling process, including planning, forecasting and actuals. Plan vs Actual: Performing various analyses on variable costs, fixed costs and deviations from planned costs;
- Preparing and reporting of year-to-date, current forecast, business plan as well as controlling KPIs analysis;
- Conducting routine tasks in operational controlling during month end closing, year-end closing, forecasting, and planning such as: data collection, plausibility checks, predictive analysis, reporting to stakeholders;
- Supporting transition projects of further controlling services;
- Communicating and agreeing data collection with stakeholders in all business units;
- Taking the role of Project Manager in some projects designed to create improvements and standardize processes;
- Special tasks, projects e. g. optimization of Robert Bosch internal controlling processes, design reports and dashboards, develop prototypes and create specifications;
- Being responsible for reading, understanding and applying the procedure from area of responsibility and also interdepartmental procedure;
- Any other tasks related to area of responsibility requested by direct superior or business.
