• Strong interpersonal ledership skills as excellent communication, convincebility and effective decisiveness;
• Passion to shape the future, open-minded, teamplayer;
• Experience in warehouse operations or sales & dispatch or experience in SAP modules. SAP EWM Knowledge is an advantage;
• High affinitiy towards processes & IT;
• Strong in project management or rollout experience with E2E implementation;
• Excellent English skills written and spoken, German is an advantage;
• High willingness to travel (including overseas) ca. 30% expected.

• Act as Team Lead of a team (today 4 persons, growing goup) of process experts and consultuants for global rollout projects;
• Resourceplanning;
• Mentoring, training of new team mebers and ensuring their integration into the team);
• Act also as Process Expert in Rollouts;
• Organize, execute and develop training modules for warehouse staff;
• Implement processes (setup, testing, training, go-live, support);
• Connect warehouse operations with our IT-applications for best productivity;
