Bachelor’s degree in technical field;
Experience working in the field of wiring is an advantage;
Previous work experience with the following quality and engineering tools: PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC AIAG, IATF16949, 8D, 5W, Ishikawa, fault tree analysis;
Minimum 2 years previous experience in quality in the automotive industry;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
English advanced, French advantage.
Leads the analysis team in case of customer complaints (0 km and warranty);
Prepares the 8D report together with the analysis team members (multi-functional team). Ensures that effective actions have been taken and monitors actions until closure;
Prepare together with a cross-functional team the Control Plan and PFMEA;
Prepares PPAP (Production – Part Approval Process) file based on customer requirements and obtains customer approval;
Evaluates the quality of products / quality delivered to the customer according to specifications;
Implements actions in case of quality and logistic problems;
Monitors the firewall performed by an external company;
Verifies and controls the correct rework;
Responsible for documentation (descriptive complaint with all details);
Implements technical changes and evaluates the effectiveness of actions in case of complaints or technical changes;
Discusses assembly status with customer at vehicle to verify impact of changes on future assembly;
Identifies critical situations in the assembly of wiring harnesses in the vehicle and determines development actions;
Supports the plant for the implementation of technical changes to ensure compliance with customer requirements (assembly tests) – optimizes factory production.
