    Requirements

    • 2+ years of relevant work experience in accounting.
    • Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related.
    • Certified public accountant (CECCAR) would be a plus.
    • High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
    • Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities appropriately.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in Romanian and English.
    • Computer literacy

    Responsibilities

    Your immediate responsibilities will be to:
    Actively participate in projects focused on the following service offerings:
    • Collect information for the daily bookkeeping.
    • Record and maintain proper accounting records in accordance with Romanian Accounting Standards and file all relevant documents supporting the transactions of a Company.
    • Prepare daily reconciliations of banks, debtors and creditors.
    • Process invoices, receipts and payments.
    • Assist in payroll processing.
    • Assist in the preparation of documentation related to the annual audit, Income Tax and VAT returns.
    • Assist in the preparation of accounting and financial reports of the company.
    • Ensure that the clients' accounting records are maintained completely and timely while using the appropriate functionalities of the systems.
