Join our 8-week Paid Renewals and Customer Success Internship and you'll get an intensive course about all processes happening at Veeam. There'll be plenty of real-world projects to experience as you shadow your mentor, gradually taking on more responsibility as you grow. Dates: 16/10/2023 - 08/12/2023 City: Bucharest Hybrid Working, Part-time - 6h/day

Responsibilities

As a future intern , you will be participating in the following activities:

• basic onboarding on Veeam's solutions and sales acceleration techniques.

• Helping the team with basic tasks such as Renewal Reminders and customer calls;

• Shadowing with your Veeam mentor.

• Handling Renewal Requests and Hotline Requests;

• Attending team calls with colleagues from around the globe

Requirements

What does it take to become a Veeamer?

It's who you are and what motivates you that's most important here. You don't need to be a tech genius - we've got teachers, linguists, historians, internationalists, economists, and lawyers on our dream Veeam teams. But you do need to be a Graduate or Master's degree student and fluent in English plus one of these languages:

• French

• German

• Italian

• Spanish

• Polish

• Czech

• Arabic
