    • Driven license B
    • Located Central East part of Romania ( ex Brasov, Iasi, Bacau, Targu Mures, Galati)
    • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales positions
    • Previous experience in lubricant business or/and automotive industry

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities

    • Developing and implementing the sales strategy for B2B industry Romania
    • Achievement of the agreed targets and direct sales activities in the field
    • Brand development and product positioning
    • Development and maintenance of quality relations with the customers
    • Monitoring competitors` activities and identification of new business opportunities
    • Reporting to the management on achieved results
    • Conducting presentation to potential customers and retailers
    • Representing the Company with proud and dignity

    Area of responsibility

    • Retain existing & develop new network / business
    • Industry
    • Fleets and Car dealers
    • Strategic customers / key accounts
    • And to promote the products of the company (mainly Lubricants)

    • 1700 -1900 euros gross salary + annual bonus 12% on target (based on both Individual and Business Performance)
