Senior Business Operations Analyst

At London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), be a valued contributor in the Data & Analytics (D&A) Technology operating environment! Reporting to the Director of Business Management for D&A Technology, this role is broad, operational, and interacts with constituents across Technology and the D&A business division.

Role summaryThis role executes on daily operational activities for D&A technology to drive the Strategic Objectives, ensuring the operating unit is running efficiently, and supporting the strategic initiatives of customer satisfaction, engineering excellence and financial performance.What you'll be doing:

• Coordinates timelines, templates, submissions and deadlines for key processes and project outcomes and manages the calendars, processes and tools needed for the effective running of the Function
• Works on communications for the function including producing draft materials business cases, board papers, presentations, executive briefs, videos, etc
• Drives follows up on post meeting actions, driving strong interlock with stakeholders
• Builds and maintains key relationships across multiple functions ensure alignment of activities
• Supports managing the function's purchasing process including vendor management
• Supports the collation of the budget, forecasting and procurement processes, providing timely financial analysis to the management team
• Drives areas of projects within a broader project

You'll bring:

• Moderate previous experience in operational roles, as well as experience in global, matrixed environments a plus
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - skilled at producing, content-rich, word-light draft reports
• Moderate previous experience at stakeholder management across multiple levels
• Strong attention to detail strong execution focus and great prioritisation skills
• Experience in a high performing team that handles multiple high priority projects with constantly changing priority levels
