Degree in economics, cybernetics, computer science or mathematics, etc;
Minimum 1-2 years experience in stock planning, production launch, sales estimates or purchasing;
Excellent command of English;
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) + SAP (advantage);
Knowledge in sales, purchasing, logistics, stock and production planning;
Proactive, organized person with planning skills and attention to detail;
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Analyzes the estimates prepared by the Sales team, in advance and intervenes if this process has not been completed, so that the manufacturing release planning process is completed by the end of shift 1;
Depending on the sales evolution and the results of the forecast accuracy analysis, intervenes with additions or reductions, for finished products where the technological process allows this, in order to ensure the smoothness of the sales process and avoid shortage/overstock situations;
Plans the structure of the release of finished products into production, analysing proposals made versus firm customer orders, short shelf-life stocks and ongoing production, so that product availability is maximised;
Analyzes and determines Production Launches, taking into account both the shelf life of the products and the commercial conditions of the customers such as Logistics Platform, Production Launch, in multiple of capacity for the first leading machine (cutter, tumbler, mixer) taking into account the minimum throughput to be launched, the capacity of the presses and other launch constraints, so as to achieve maximum productivity for each Launch;
Daily reschedule, after the validation of the Launch, all the operations of analysis of the necessary to be launched in the factory (starting from estimates, production time, shelf life, machine multiples, etc.) in order to determine the level of the Pre-Launch for the next day, and also recalculate the changeovers and launch forms, detail them by section and then forward them to those involved in the process;
Plans the raw materials, auxiliaries and labels supply requirements, determines the quantity to be purchased and the date on which each item must be delivered so that the production release process is not disrupted, validates the raw materials and auxiliaries supply requirements in the IT system and notifies the Purchasing Department of the availability of the requirements in the system;
Following the re-sizing of stocks, modifies/cancel the supply requirements that have been affected by changes in the forecasting or launch process and ensures with the Purchasing team that the changes will not generate shortage situations;
Elaborates and transmits order algorithms on a daily basis and ensures that the subsidiaries send the transfer orders to the Pitesti warehouse according to the agreed delivery schedule, intervenes on them if the sales estimate is not within the agreed error percentage, if the transport capacity is exceeded or if the transfer is not logistically efficient.
