VON Consulting is an HR Consultancy company, providing solutions and services in the following areas: recruitment and executive search, personnel leasing, payroll, administration and training.

At least 5 – 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified;
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in a related disciplines;
Specific technical and industry knowledge; certifications/diplomas for relevant fields;
Knowledge regarding the legislation and regulation in Insurance field related to IT;
Knowledge of financial/business analysis techniques;
Knowledge of current trends and developments in information technology;
Experience with vendor relationships and contract negotiations;
Experience developing, managing and reporting project and organizational operating budgets;

Assists the Chief Information Officer in governance oversight, project and portfolio management, and service delivery management;
Directs programs to monitor, evaluate and improve customer service delivery;
Defines, implements and coordinates the processes specific to IT services management and IT governance (Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Level Management, Change Management, Availability and Capacity Management, Demand Management);
Periodically monitors and reports process performance indicators to management and customers;
Acts as an interface between the Delivery function within the organization and Customers;
Manages and negotiates directly the service portfolio, the service catalog and the SLAs;
Monitors and reports the operational performance of the IT services delivered by the organization;
Initiates and coordinates activities to improve IT processes;
Is responsible for defining, negotiating, signing and monitoring the quality targets of the services both for the internal clients and with the external suppliers;
Is responsible for the processes specific to IT governance and service management (process owner);
Develops and implements policies and procedures regarding IT services and processes;
Instructs colleagues and collaborators on IT services management policies and procedures;
Is the main expert and vector for the adoption of good practices in the management and governance of IT services;
Is project manager and responsible for various initiatives to implement processes and services, governance and compliance with the regulations and standards adopted.
