Operations Center Responsible

Înfiinţată la 5 martie 1999, ca o companie afiliată a grupului Schinder, Schindler România S.R.L. este unica responsabilă pentru distribuirea, instalarea şi întreţinerea tuturor produselor Schindler (ascensoare şi scări rulante) în Romania.

We are looking for:

-Engineering Degree.
-Operational/ project management experience.
-Digital savviness (digital operations experience is a plus).
-Excellent communication skills.
-Technical knowledge of elevators & escalators is a plus.
-Experience in a corporate environment is a plus

The Technical Operations Center Responsible ensures and oversees the fulfillment of digital products and services including field support for digital products.

Main responsibilities:

-Drives fulfillment of Schindler Ahead products & services; ensure fulfillment systems are configured in accordance with the digital services offered by the company.
-Acts as a liaison to the Sales, Repairs, Call Center departments.
-Acts as a liaison to the Field Operations, regarding the fulfillment of Schindler Ahead products & services
and ensures training for the relevant tools is available.
-Collaborates within the global network of Technical Operation Centers.
-Assures remote monitoring of error/ breakdown situations.
-Assures connectivity support for Field Operations.
-Offers guided tours through Technical Operations Center to customers and internal stakeholders.
