In addition to independent and reliable working, you bring the following qualities with you:
-University degree in Economics or Engineering
-Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technical / services / HVAC / construction field
-Good understanding of the customer service practice
-English (written & spoken)
-Computer literacy, excellent command of Office and Outlook
-SAP operating knowledge (preferred)
-Project management abilities
-Proven negotiation skills
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong business ethics
You will manage the end-to-end sales process, from offer management to final handover of the product/project to the customer.
You will be the first point of contact for the customers and manage the transaction and documentation flow in line with the commercial policy of the Company.
As a Junior Sales Engineer you will take over the following tasks:
-Visit offices of Architects and Builders to learn their plans and stay informed regarding potential opportunities and market prospects
-Complete sales of new facilities in line with the business plan and internal procedures
-Supervise the offer process
-Records all relevant account and contract details into the appropriate systems and complete the necessary documentation
-Ensure the management of collections of all the new sales
-Ensure the collection of work data relevant to new contracted facilities
-Manage the hand-over process; work closely with the supervisor for installation.
-Manage customer claims
-Maintain the necessary level of competitor information
