Requirements:
- High School degree
- Clean criminal record
- High knowledge оf English (written & spoken)
- Careful attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and/or holidays, to accommodate the needs оf the business
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal guidance, and proactively identify and resolve issues under stress
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize new software

Good to have: Some experience in online customer support, data entry and/or QA, preferably within the Gambling industr

He/she will be contacting the company’s customers either by email, phone or chat in order to complete their duties.
