This is a hybrid job role that requires weekly attendance at our office in Bucharest. As a Recruitment Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the daily operations and growth of a team consisting of 8-10 recruitment specialists. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily operational supervision and guidance to the team, ensuring workload management, and fostering team development.
- Acting as a subject matter expert, serving as the escalation point for issue resolution and customer escalations.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external clients within your defined area of responsibility, while also contributing to client relationship-building efforts across the wider group or unit.
- Exercising sound judgment and discretion in line with management policies and the overall business operations.
- Interpreting day-to day business objectives, developing operational practices and work programs, and ensuring their execution.
- Performing interviews and monitoring all the recruitment processes allocated to the team.
- Analyzing complex reports and information, drawing meaningful conclusions, and providing insights to drive decision-making.
- Taking responsibility for decisions made by your immediate team and actively contributing to decisions that involve multiple teams.
- Anticipating, identifying, and assessing complex issues and problems, and developing effective solutions.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervising or leading recruitment teams.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the recruitment field as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Familiarity with CRM or other popular tracking data tools.
- Proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of the work performed by your immediate team.
- Ability to provide solutions to problems and drive continuous improvement within your team.
