German Speaker- Customer Support Specialist

Customer representative duties:
- high level of german language- C1
- ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to achieve a shared goal
- ability to use PC& Software packages
- customer support experience is not necessary, but it is a plus

Candidate profile: experience in customer support is not necessarily required, but a minimum
of experience in working with clients.
Contract: 1 year contract, with possibility to extend.

Duties:
- customer support for an online platform
- you will respond via live chat, calls, emails to customer requests related to their products,
refunds, product shipping issues, etc.
- identify customer needs and help them use specific features

We work 100% remotely, the delivery of the equipment is done by the employer by courier to
the candidates address.
