Cerinte
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in payroll processing and HR administration,
• Solid understanding of payroll processes, employment laws, tax regulations, and HR best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build collaborative relationships with employees at all levels.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and experience with HR compliance and documentation is preferred.
Payroll Processing:
• Process and manage end-to-end payroll activities, including data entry, verification, and calculation of wages, salaries, bonuses, and other compensation components.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with company policies, employment agreements, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Validate and reconcile employee time and attendance records, ensuring proper tracking of leaves, absences, overtime, and other relevant factors.
• Stay updated on payroll-related legal and regulatory changes and adjust payroll processes and documentation accordingly.
HR Administration:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, files, and databases.
• Support benefits administration, including enrolment, termination, and changes, and serve as a point of contact for employees' benefits-related inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports to the management
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
