Assistant Project Manager

Required:
- Bachelor degree;
- Between 1 and 2 years of work experience in relevant field;
- Proven experience in working in projects (including volunteering and student Associations, e.g.).

Would be a plus if you also have:
- Experience in the educational field

- Acts as driver for the successful completion of the project;
- Provides support for the PM’s for the planning, coordination and implementation of the project activities;
- Works with other departments (depending on the project)
- Communicates and works with external partners and representatives of project’s consortium;
- Implements project activities;
- Supports documentation and deliverables as outputs for projects;
- Responsible for the archive of the projects;
- Support for the PMs to complete the technical reports of the projects;
- Research on new projects proposals;
- Maintain relationship with the target groups (end-to-end process from recruitment until completion of the project);
