    Cerinte

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration

    Preferred Experience:
    • Previous experience in agribusiness
    • A minimum 3 to 5 years relevant finance experience
    • ACCA student

    Job-Specific Skills:
    • Knowledge of financial and management accounting
    • English business proficiency
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel

    Responsabilitati

    Ensure the proper analysis of financial and profitability data within the budgeting and forecast process contributing to the fulfillment of the company's objectives.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Daily calculation of trading position and commercial P&L
    • Monthly reconciliation of the commercial P&L with the accounting P&L
    • Prepare monthly management accounts for local reporting according to Romanian GAAP
    • Prepare monthly full financial accounts for group reporting
    • Create, organize, prepare and maintain regular and ad hoc reports; provide relevant explanations of variances to various stakeholders both internal and external (banks, auditors) (actual versus budget reports, margin analysis, PnL analysis, CAPEX reports, etc)
    • Check the accuracy of transactions recorded per cost centres and divisions and propose corrections
    • Ensure the completeness and reliability of financial data
    • Offer support to the internal stakeholders in preparing budgets and understanding actual versus budget results
    • Use data and analysis to generate insights to create and format PowerPoint presentations
    • Support the interim and final audit, participate in the preparation of the annual financial statements
